The Forest of Marston Vale is one of 12 Community Forests in England set up in the early 1990s to improve land affected by industrial use. We redesigned the 350 page website to improve usability and to allow the client to perform updates on the website in the future without the need to employ a designer. The website style was based on print material designed by Gill Keeley. |

Response Development Training

Response Development Training is based in Essex. They are a specialist provider of training in interpersonal skills such as team building and leadership development for business. In their Community Response Initiative, the training is integrated into the company's corporate and social responsibility programme. Response also offer team and leadership programmes for schools with courses catering for students of all ages. VORD Web Design performed an update on their existing website to improve usability. |

DTR specialises in issues related to the operation of road and rail tunnels. It has particular expertise in tunnel aerodynamics and ventilation and its software has been used in the design of numerous tunnels around the world, including most of the long tunnels designed in the past 30 years. |

- Assured show their commitment to quality software design with a website that validates to Web Accessibility Initiative level AA Accessibility standards.
Waste Matchers

The Waste Matchers is a forum where members can advertise their waste materials rather than sending them to landfill. |
- This database based site enables visitors to register as members and add 'for sale' or 'wanted' adverts. It makes extensive use of Javascript while still meeting WAI Accessibility Level 'A' Standards.
- The site is controlled by a powerful administration section where administrators approve new entries before they can be viewed by the public.
Assured Information Systems - Promotional mini-CD

Assured Information Systems specialises in software applications for the pharmaceutical industry. They asked VORD Web Design to prepare a promotional CD containing detailed information about their products and services. |
- An auto-start function opens the index page, then the CD functions in much the same way as a web site. All pages were written in html.
- The CD features narrated video demonstrations showing the software in use. The videos are stored in Macromedia Flash format, and a Flash player was included on the CD.
